Founded, built and lead by a Mother and Son, both of whom are career Health & Physical Education teachers, bring a combined teaching, administration, collegiate athlete, and coaching experience of 60+ years, including a Master's of Education in Multiple Subjects Area & Instructional Technology, and a National Board Health Certification.

Drawing inspiration from curiosity and a sense of adventure, our programs are thoughtfully developed, aimed to build confidence in young minds and growing bodies, teaching healthy choices despite often challenging circumstances. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the recognition and success of our Best-Selling Health and Physical Education Curriculum, where we offer a variety of products, meeting the needs of differentiated age groups and learning styles.
